Japan Here I Come
Kevin will be leaving for Japan October 13-27. No doubt there will be lots more cool stuff at the shop for the beginning of November.
Pork Stars Classes

Welcome Rob and Toru!
Rob and Toru have joined the Knifewear team and we are lucky to have them. Rob was a chef for many years with a knife passion and what a great stache. Toru studied metalurgy in Japan as well as worked with a blacksmith. They both bring a strong skill set to the table. We are in good hands with these two.

Master Keijiro Doi san knives at Knifewear

Takeda Shosui-san knives
Thin means sharp and you can't get much thinner. Takeda knives are hand forged and hammered from Aogami Super steel to a super hard 63:65 Rockwell hardness. All of these knives have rosewood handles and kurouchi finish. Performance, great looks, super light/thin, easy to sharpen, Takedas have it all. Thursday 24 July is the first day they will be in the shop. I don't think I'll have this shipment for long. Come check them out.
